Ahrensperg Castle: between history and restoration

Guided tour of Castello di Ahrensperg, a fully restored medieval castle owned by a private individual.

The experience includes:

• Welcome and introduction by the owner
• Brief history of the castle and restoration project, including anecdotes and curiosities
• Guided tour of restored rooms: tower, noble hall, and prison
• Historical and architectural explanations, focusing on frescoes, original stones, and period furnishings
• Scenic reconstructions or medieval settings (when available)
• Visit to the restoration area: tools, materials, and techniques used
• Exploration of courtyards, walkways, and gardens
• Panoramic viewpoints for photos and enjoying the scenery.
