- You’ll experience the authenticity of goat milk, a natural source of oleic acid —a monounsaturated fat also found in extra-virgin olive oil— known for its LDL cholesterol and blood pressure–lowering effects. Fermenting the milk can further increase its oleic acid content.
- Goat milk stands out for its advantageous nutritional profile, rich in easily digestible medium-chain fatty acids, minerals, and natural antioxidants. These qualities are even more pronounced when the goats pasture in mountainous environments like the Alto Val Torre in Udine province.
- You’ll also get the opportunity to sample simple yet authentic pairings of goat cheeses and wines right on the farm.

Alessia and her team will guide you through the farm’s landscapes and activities: from pasture-based husbandry and hay usage to land restoration and daily livestock management. At the end, enjoy the delicate pasture flavors and discover their value for your everyday well‑being.

- Meeting point: Azienda Agricola Zore | Zore, 33040 Taipana/Tipana (UD) Free parking. Private parking for 5 cars directly at the farm, plus public parking for 20 cars along the access road. Included: a guided tour of about one hour, tastings of various products, water and a glass of wine, plus a food-and-wine pairing lesson.
