Guided tours are only available in Italian. However, foreign guests can access audio guides for smartphones (English, German, Slovenian) during the tour, which we recommend downloading before the visit. The visits can include the Church and the Grotto (tourist-naturalistic route), or be limited to the Church alone (prayer area and up to the exhibition area) or to the Grotto alone. To facilitate visitors, the ticket office is open 15 minutes before the opening of the Cave.
Only the Church (area of historical-artistic interest) is currently open. The tourist-naturalistic route is temporarily closed, to allow for upgrading and new lighting works, which will soon enhance this part of the Cave.

Tickets:
- Full ticket full visit Church and Cave (tourist-naturalistic route): 10 €
- Reduced ticket or visit only Church: 8 € (reduced: 6 to 12 years old, 65 and over, disabled and handicapped with card. School groups and summer schools. Special conventions.)
- Free ticket for accompanying persons (max 1:10).
