An entire night wrapped in the sacred vibration of gongs, powerful instruments of transformation, revelation and inspiration.
The Gong Puja is a celebration and sound meditation lasting seven and a half hours equivalent to ten Gong Baths combined into one grand experience.
The soft and gentle sound of the gong, gently played for the occasion, will create a magical atmosphere that will facilitate surrender toward a restful sleep and the attainment of a deep state of calm and inner peace.
The sound of the gongs will also facilitate the awakening of one's dream world and the eventual arising of lucid dreams, dreams in which the dreamer is aware that he or she is dreaming.
The all-night vibrations will allow us to enjoy an extended state of psychophysical relaxation, perceptible for days, and lead us toward a process of openness and receptivity.
An opportunity for everyone to reconnect with the sacredness of life and with their own essence in a protected and welcoming environment.
The experience will end with a shared breakfast in the morning to tell together the accounts of such a special night.

- Where: the event will be held in the Natisone Valleys at 30 Scrutto Street in the municipality of San Leonardo.
- When: the event will begin on Saturday, April 6, 2024 with a meeting at 9:30 pm and will end on Sunday, April 7 at 7:00 am. We will have time at the beginning of the night to settle in the hall and at the end to wake up and have breakfast together in total relaxation.
- Cost: the evening costs 55 euros or 45 euros for those under 25.
- What to bring: we invite you to bring everything you need to spend the night in total comfort (thick mattress, blankets, sleeping bag, pillow, comfortable clothes) and a bottle of natural water.
