On Saturday, 6 September, at 8:00 PM, FestinPARCO2025 will be inaugurated in the Council Chamber of San Pietro al Natisone. You will have the opportunity to discover the hidden treasures of Natisone, a fascinating journey to discover the extraordinary local birdlife and its relationship with land use.
The evening will be enriched by the presentation of the results of the bird monitoring project “Dal binocolo allo smartphone” (From binoculars to smartphones) by Dr Michela Corsini, senior researcher at Eurac Research in Bolzano. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the work that has combined technology and nature in mapping the species that inhabit this area.
Refreshments will be served at the end of the meeting.
