This is an event dedicated to discovering local flavors, with a practical demonstration of Gubana by Elisa, owner of Gubana della Nonna. During the meeting, Elisa will share the secrets of preparing Gubana according to tradition and will tell the story of the territory that inspired her. A Gubana prepared during the course can be taken home and baked.
