Program
- At 10.00 AM: Registrations open at the Cantina “I Comelli” winery – Via Valle – Nimis.
Guests can park in the designated spaces nearby or in the area behind the Paradiso Restaurant (1 km away, towards Torlano), which is served by shuttle minibuses.
- At 10.30 AM: Tastings begin.
Guests (equipped with an access bracelet, glass, and menu-program) will be able to enjoy an aperitif (still and sparkling white wines from the area) accompanied by excellent local food products. After the aperitif (and the first two “tastings” from two different restaurants), guests will board the minibuses to reach the other stops on the tour, where restaurateurs, winemakers, and “artisans of taste” will welcome guests with tastings of seasonal and traditional dishes accompanied by Ramandolo DOCG, Refosco (which expresses all its elegance in these hills), and other local wines.
- At 12.30 PM: Registrations close.
Depending on attendance and weather conditions, the organizers reserve the right to close registration early, while still guaranteeing entry to guests who already have tickets.
- At 2.30 PM: Dessert buffet opens.
At the “main” location, savory dishes give way to sweet ones. Opening of the Ramandolo DOCG tasting counter.
- At 5.00 PM: Tastings close (except at the main location).
From this time onwards, minibuses will take everyone back to the starting point but will not provide transfers between intermediate stops.
- At 6.30 PM: Closing of the event and… see you in 2026!
