A fun experience designed for little flavor adventurers, featuring a simple, wholesome, and fully autumn-inspired menu... so even the youngest guests can enjoy the magic of the season!

- Entrée:
- Pumpkin hummus with wild root chips
- Fried polenta bites with our Flower Power cheese
- First course:
- Cream of pumpkin and wild apple soup
- Pumpkin and chestnut ravioli with shiitake mushroom sauce
- Main course:
- Beef stew with pumpkin and rosehip berries
- Pumpkin, lentil, and nettle patties
- Sides:
- Organic corn and buckwheat polenta by Renzo Nadalutti
- Potatoes with fir tree buds
- Dessert: Pumpkin, apple & elderflower tart.
