Distilleria Ceschia is a company that has been present in Nimis since 1886, since Giacomo Ceschia distilled grappa with the walking still he built. Over the years, the passion has remained the same, preserving the artisanal method. Only recently has it been renewed to achieve the perfect fusion of territory, history and innovation while respecting the Ceschia distillation tradition.
On Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November, during the weekend dedicated to the Taste Factories ("Fabbriche del Gusto") initiative, the distillery will offer a guided tour of the winery with tasting and will also offer a sensory journey with grappa tastings paired with local artisanal sweets and chocolate.
