Dri Roncat is a winery that blends tradition and innovation, producing fine wines from carefully selected, sustainably grown grapes. Founded by Giovanni Dri in 1968, the estate brought the once little-known Ramandolo wine into the spotlight and gave it the recognition it deserves.
The winery offers a range of bold red local wines, a dry white Sauvignon, and three distinct versions of Ramandolo. Since 1987, they’ve been distilling artisanal spirits, and since 2002, they’ve been producing extra virgin olive oil. The experience is rounded out by tastings and guided tours through steep mountain vineyards—an expression of the family’s deep-rooted passion for their land.
On Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November, during the weekend dedicated to the Taste Factories ("Fabbriche del Gusto") initiative, the winery will offer a 40-minute guided tour exploring the full winemaking process—from harvest and fermentation to barrel aging. Each step will be explained, with insights and behind-the-scenes curiosities. The tour will conclude with a tasting of selected wines.
