On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM, the Azzurrissima returns, the spectacular uphill race from Nimis to Chialminis: 6.5 km with 430 meters of elevation gain, set against the warm autumn colors of Monte Bernadia.
Why “Azzurrissima” (i.e. the sky blue one)? The name comes from the view of the road “cutting” across the mountain, seeming to disappear into the blue of the sky—a tribute to Riccardo Gazziero, who first gave it this name.
Registration: 7 € – open to FIDAL and CSI athletes, and anyone with a valid competitive medical certificate.
