The Longest Day in the Resia Valley
From San Giorgio/Bila, we’ll head downhill to cross the stream and make our way through beautiful forests and open meadows. Part of the route follows the road and passes through nearby villages.
- Length: 7,5 km.
- Elevation gain: 270 m.
- Duration: about 5 hours.
- Registrations: required at least 48 hours before the event.
- Meeting point: at 8.00 AM in San Giorgio/Bila.
At the end of the hike, we’ll return to San Giorgio/Bila, which for the occasion will be hosting the traditional Resian carnival. - Not included: Any food, drinks, or personal expenses are at your own cost.
- What to bring: Appropriate winter mountain clothing and hiking footwear. A packed lunch/snacks and a warm drink are recommended.
