On Saturday, June 6, Porzûs/Porčinj in Attimis/Ahten will host an unforgettable tasting event featuring the menu “Memory on the Table,” curated by chef and gastronomist Marco Furmenti.
A journey through traditional flavors, from sweet-and-sour cjarsons to a reimagined dessert from the Counts Claricini, paired with local wines selected by FISAR sommeliers. The evening will be accompanied by music from the Lara&Roby Acoustic Duo and presented by Paola Aiello.
"Memory on the table" menu:
- Starter: rolled smoked salmon trout from San Daniele on new potato cream
- First course: sweet-and-sour cjarsons by Sister Maria Teresa Zanutto (early 20th-century recipe)
- Main course: deboned herb-roasted cockerel with steamed asparagus and grilled polenta
- Dessert: reinterpreted cold milk dessert from the Counts Claricini of Cividale/Čedad.
