On 10 August, the traditional San Lorenzo Festival is held near the small church dedicated to the saint in Mersino Alto, an unmissable event for many valley residents.

Every 10 August, the traditional village festival is held at the Church of San Lorenzo, at the end of Mersino Alto in the municipality of Pulfero. The festival begins with Holy Mass and is followed by festivities accompanied by games, stalls and music in which the true festive spirit of the Natisone Valleys can be experienced.
