The Kinogledališče Tolmin cinema theater is the main space in Slovenia's Upper Soča Valley where indoor events are held, as it hosts subscription theater and music programs and amateur culture magazines, cultural and educational programs for children and youth, is the only active cinema in the area, and also serves as a central venue for formal events at the municipal and national levels.
Most animated films are dubbed into Slovenian, while other films are shown in the original language with Slovenian subtitles.
