Invito a Pranzo is an association of about 15 restaurateurs from the Natisone Valleys founded with the aim of bringing traditional local dishes to the table, rediscovering and enhancing ancient recipes. Every spring and autumn, the Invito a Pranzo restaurateurs join forces to create the event of the same name, creating customised menus dedicated to typical seasonal products and thus offering an excellent opportunity to taste the products of excellence of this territory.

The Consortium for the protection of “Friuli Colli Orientali and Ramandolo” wines was founded in 1970, among the first in Italy. Today almost 200 members, of which about 3/4 are bottlers. From their vineyards (2,100 registered hectares) they produce more than 80,000 hectoliters of DOC wine, of which at least 30% is marketed abroad.
