Archaeological site of a fortified settlement above Stolvizza/Solbica.
A 1083-metre high mountain north of Stolvizza where important archaeological remains of fortifications presumably used between the 4th and 7th centuries have been found. The Museum of the Resian People is currently hosting an exhibition dedicated to these excavations, which were carried out between 2018 and 2020 under the direction of the Regional Archaeology Department, Soprintendenza Archeologia, belle arti e paesaggio del Friuli Venezia Giulia.
