- Catch trout in the freshwater pond at Péstrofa Farmstay in Cedron, near San Pietro al Natisone.
- Under the guidance of Stefania, the local farmstay owner and chef, you’ll learn how to identify fresh fish, clean it, and fillet it.
- Finally, Stefania will lead you step-by-step through preparing a complete trout-based menu with simple, delicious recipes that bring out the best in the fish.

Cross a hanging bridge over the Alberone River and let Stefania welcome you to her Péstrofa Farmstay, nestled in the green heart of the Natisone Valleys. Your experience starts with trout fishing in the farm’s private pond and continues with a hands-on flavor workshop: you’ll learn how to recognize fresh fish, clean it, fillet it, and—with Stefania guiding you step-by-step—turn it into a full menu that highlights every nuance of the trout’s flavor.

Free parking (about 20 spaces available) - Included: Trout fishing in the farmstay’s private pond, with all equipment provided. A hands-on lesson on how to clean and prepare the trout as part of a full meal—including appetizer, first course, and main course—all featuring trout, paired with herbs and other seasonal ingredients.
