Description
A hands-on cooking demo paired with a tasting, featuring dishes made from fresh ingredients sourced from the family farm’s garden and pastures, as well as small local producers who have joined forces in recent community collaborations.
Taste unique, traditional dishes like štakanje—a rustic side of roughly mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables—boiled štruklji, marve (herb-infused breadcrumbs), flavorful soups, and many other creations inspired by the freshest seasonal produce.
The malon, a white-fleshed pumpkin native to the area and officially recognized as a Slow Food Presidio in 2024, won’t be missing from the table.
