Organic EVO Olive Oil Masterclass and Tasting

Guided visit and extra virgin olive oil tasting at Azienda Grinòvero, on the edge of the Natisone Valleys.

The experience includes:

• Assessment of initial knowledge about olive oil
• Guided walk through the farm: slow exploration of trees, plants, wild herbs, hill landscapes, and deciduous woods
• Olive grove storytelling: comparison between conventional and organic groves, climate advantages, natural resource management, and biological pest control.

EVO Tasting:

• Proper tasting techniques, including “stripping”
• Multi-sensory tasting: visual, olfactory, tactile, and gustatory
• Comparison between organic EVO and supermarket oils
• Explanation of the nutraceutical qualities of EVO.
